Call For Officers
Hey Gang! We currently have a few openings for officer positions with What's in a Doctor's Bag! Those are Director, Webmaster, Historian. Please fill out the application here by Tuesday Jan 18th.
Here is a list of what will be expected of you for each position. In addition, you will be required to send a bi-weekly report on your position every first of the month and 15th. So, for example, if you are Director, you will email me about what places have been booked for rehearsal and whether you have enough copies of the script, etc. Or, if you are Treasurer, you will keep an update on the budget to tell us whether we have enough for t-shirts, fixing costumes, etc. If your position has no update, just send a quick email that says "No pertinent updates" so that people know you haven't forgotten about your position. I will then compile the updates for everyone and send it out the week after the updates are due in a biweekly digest. This is just to keep everyone informed about what is going on within the club.
